CO-MOD develops a flexible, modular concept (with provider networks, various financing options incl. "Grandmother"-Energy Services, contract modules) that can also respond to the individual circumstances of smaller objects.

The city of Deutschlandsberg has set itself the goal of becoming climate-neutral by 2040 and is developing a climate neutrality roadmap to ensure climate-resilient urban development.
