The KIRAS project, funded under the "Cooperative R&D Projects" program line, deals with the national stockpiling of food and agricultural supplies. It assesses the types and quantities of food and supplies that should be stored to ensure the food supply for the population for several months in the event of sudden crises, and presents various (business) models for national stockpiling.
